In 2008 I was working in retail as a shop assistant and wanted a career change, so applied and received a place on the NVQ level 3 course in Complementary Therapies at Stratford-upon-Avon College. Having qualified in June 2010, I then spent several years freelancing through a local agency based in the North Cotswolds. Following the year, I qualified as a Complementary Massage Therapist, I applied to do my level 2 VRQ in Beauty Therapy, followed by my level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy through Gloucester College. While I was a student on these two courses, I was still freelancing as a massage therapist through the agency and working for the latter half of my Level 3 NVQ at a hotel-based spa. I qualified as a beauty therapist in June 2013. Once qualified, I was then offered a full-time position at the spa. Since then, I have had the pleasure of working in several spas and salons via my freelance work. In the summer of 2018, I decided to go full-time with my freelance work and open my own business  Nell Fleming Beauty.

I offer a variety of treatments in massages, manicures and pedicures, facials, waxing, and everything in between. These treatments can be catered towards my clients’ needs, from the comfort of their homes, at a time that suits them. I also work through the Runner Bean Health and Fitness Gym in Upper Rissington every Saturday morning, for those who wish to get out of the house when they want their treatments. My aim is to aid relaxation and bring joy to my client’s day.
